Court dates March 16–31 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Dalton James Schreiner, 28, Abbotsford, was fined $1,579 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, second). He was sentenced to 15 days in local jail. He had his license revoked for 12 months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Isaiah J.S.J. Moyle, 18, Augusta, was fined $1,086 for battery (domestic abuse assessments) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. A charge of misdemeanor bail jumping (domestic abuse assessments) was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Gracie Antonia North, 21, Greenwood, was fined $443 for theft in a business setting, less than or equal to $2,500. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for 12 months.

Malyssa Dawn Marie Weaver, 20, La Crosse, was fined $443 for sexual intercourse with child 16 or older, actor 19 or older. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation for one year.

Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Chad R. Simonson, 38, Mahtomedi, Minn., was fined $13,143 for knowingly violating a domestic abuse order injunction. A charge of possess firearm – domestic abuse or child abuse injunction was dismissed but read in to the court record.

Terre Lee Retzlaff, 65, Willard, was fined $1,019 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.15 (first). She had her license revoked seven months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

David Molina Gonzalez, 21, Dorchester, was fined $911.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.

Mary J. Newman, 63, Neillsville, was fined $443 for issue of worthless checks (less than or equal to $2,500).

Mark Russell Ratsch, 19, Marshfield, was fined $426.20 for failure to keep vehicle under control and driving too fast for conditions.

David Scott Schutz, 41, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for operating while revoked (forfeiture fourth).

Misty Autumn Standke, 49, Medford, was fined $389.50 for operating without carrying a license, amended from operating while suspended.

Starla Ann Vilter, 22, Neillsville, was fined $389.50 for a Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation.

Collin Michael Nelson, 18, Greenwood, was fined $326.50 for disorderly conduct prohibited.

Muhsin Hassan Mohamed, 31, Saint Cloud, Minn., was fined $200.50 for operating a motor vehicle without an adequate muffler, amended from speeding on an expressway (11-15 mph).

Thomas C. Mulcare, 62, Lakeville, Minn., was fined $200.50 for operating while revoked (forfeiture first).

Eric William Statz, 32, Neillsville, was fined $187.90 for inattentive driving.

Kerry Lee Parnewicz, 68, Owen, was fined $175.30 for burning without a permit – intensive area.

Rex R. Roehl, 63, Neillsville, was fined $175.30 for failure to yield right of way from a stop sign.

Jhony Alexander Monroy Pedro, 21, Curtiss, was fined $167.70 for operating without a valid license because of expiration.

John Michael Pena, 51, Humbird, was fined $100 for abandoned, junked vehicle and appliances prohibited.

Thomas M. Perry, 35, Granton, was fined $50 for refusal to take test for intoxication after arrest. He had his license revoked 12 months, and will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
