Found guilty

CIRCUIT COURT REPORT

Pedro Cisneros Alvarado, 28, of Medford, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of an amended charge of disorderly conduct, amended from disorderly conduct-domestic abuse, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Christopher Cota, 52, of Gilman, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of an amended charge of disorderly conduct, amended from battery, and was ordered to pay $330.50.

Jerry Judnic, 55, of Phlox, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of three felony counts of failure to pay child support (120 days +) An additional four counts of failure to pay child support (120 Days+) were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes. Court withholds sentence and placed Judnic on probation for a period of 3 years. Conditions of probation are to pay the court costs on each count, provide a DNA sample and pay the surcharge on each count, remain current with the child support order, write a letter of apology to the victim due within 30 days and it must be preapproved by the probation agent, attend counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent, and stay employed. Judnic has 91 days of sentence credit in the event of a revocation. Total amount ordered is $1,569. All costs are to be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts office in the amount of $50.00 a month beginning May 1.

Travis Warner, 35, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to a no contest plea for the following charges, unnecessary acceleration, operating while suspended, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure display vehicle license plates, cracked/broken lenses/reflectors, reckless driving - endanger safety, two counts of failure to stop at a stop sign, two counts of failure to signal a turn (2nd within year), unreasonable and imprudent speed, speeding in 55 mph zone (45+ mph). He was ordered to pay $3,319.40 and have his driver license suspended for 15 days.

Kayden Adams, 27, of Cadott, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct, OWI (2nd) and Operating with PAC (2nd).

Deisy Morales Luna, 26, of Medford pled not guilty to battery.

Brittany Stanke, 26, of Rib Lake, pled not guilty to a charge of battery-domestic abuse and a charge of disorderly conduct-domestic abuse.

Tara Weiler, 35, of Medford, pled not guilty to battery - domestic abuse.

A deferred prosecution agreement was approved for William Standish, 74, of Gilman for failure to maintain holding/septic tanks. He was ordered to pay $150.10.
