Found Guilty

Martin Alvarado, 53, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating without a valid license because of expiration, and was ordered to pay $162.70.

Patrick Lee Davis, 36, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle and operating while suspended, and was ordered to pay a total of $464.00.

Kaden Lee Koepolke, 17, of Ogema, was found guilty due to no contest plea of possession/use of electronic delivery device, and was ordered to pay $175.50.

Dalton James Kramas, 29, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while suspended, and was ordered to pay a total of $464.00.

Vincent Richard Laux, 37, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of hunting/fishing/trapping after revocation, and was ordered to pay $745.50.

Nikeshia Lynn Lewis, 39, of Stanley, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Nicholas Lawrence Lewis, 32, of Marshfield, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating while revoked (forfeiture 4th) and speeding in 55 MPH zone (16-19 MPH), and was ordered to pay a total of $590.00.

Schilling Auto Sales, LLC, of Westboro, was found guilty due to no contest plea of non-registration of other vehicle, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Kirsten Ruth Solberg, 37, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of speeding in 55 MPH zone (20-24 MPH), and was ordered to pay $225.70.

Brittany Elizabeth Marie Stanke, 26, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea of disorderly conduct, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Saul Tellez Toledo, 28, of Colby, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating without a valid license, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Michael A Thompson, 23, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating an ATV without a valid safety certificate, and was ordered to pay $232.00.

Not Guilty Pleas

Dylan Allen Abbiehl, 22, of Ladysmith, pled not guilty to animal running at large.

Haley Amber Hidalgo, 26, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating while intoxicated (1st), operating a motor vehicle without insurance, unreasonable and imprudent speed, craked/broken lenses/reflectors and operating with a PAC greater than 0.08 < 0.15 (1st).

Tammy R. Radzinski, 51, of Monico, pled not guilty to operating while intoxicated (3rd).

Lawrence James Sowatzke, 20, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating an ATV without a valid safety certificate.

Janier Ediuth Vazquezgonzalez, 27, of Colby, pled not guilty to operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years).

Jennifer Marie Vendela, 32, of Medford, pled not guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
