Trevor Davis, 40, of Menasha, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of OWI (2nd). Court orders a fine of $1,429.00, pay the $33.00 blood draw fee, 5 days of county jail with Huber Privileges and good time with one day of sentence credit. Jail can be served in any county in the State of Wisconsin provided arrangements are made by counsel or the defendant, it is approved by the Taylor County Jail, and at no additional cost to Taylor County. Jail time will begin no later than May 27, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. Court also orders 12 month driver’s license revocation with credit given for any administrative suspension, ignition interlock device for 12 months, alcohol and other drug assessment and follow through with the driver safety plan, provide a DNA sample no later than May 27, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. Charges of operating with a PAC (2nd), disorderly conduct - domestic abuse, and operate firearm while intoxicated were dismissed but read in for sentencing. A charge of non-registration of vehicle - auto <10,000 lbs. was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Aron Molitor, 23, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of an amended charge of speeding in 55 mph zone (16-19 mph) amended from exceeding speed zones (20-24 mph) and was ordered to pay $200.50. A charge of operating while suspended was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Pedros Rojas, 35, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of disorderly conduct. Court orders a withheld sentence and places Rojas on probation for a period of one year. Conditions of probation are: absolute sobriety, pay the court costs, provide a DNA sample and pay the surcharge, Rojas shall have no contact with the victims and shall write a letter of apology to the victims due within 30 days and to be preapproved by the probation agent, Rojas shall undergo an AODA and follow through with any recommended treatment at the discretion of the probation agent, Rojas shall attend counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent. All costs totaling $443 are to be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts office in the amount of $30 a month beginning April 15, 2024.

Stephen Rose, 25, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of theft of moveable property <= $2,500 and was found guilty due to a guilty plea of possession of THC. A charge of forgery-uttering was dismissed but read in for sentencing. Court orders a withheld sentence and places the defendant on probation for a period of 18 months. Conditions of probation are as follows: Pay court costs on both counts, DNA sample and surcharge fees on both counts, restitution, if any (giving the State 30 days to determine restitution; defense will have 15 days to object to any restitution amount), no contact with victims no entering the premises of Mann Made Pizza located in Rib Lake, letter of apology to the victim to be preapproved by the probation agent due within 30 days of the March 21, complete an AODA and follow through with all treatment recommendations, and counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent and defendant must obtain a high school diploma or GED as deemed necessary by the probation agent. Defendant is to set up a payment plan with the Clerk of Court’s office at the rate of $50 per month starting on May 1, 2024. Rose has 2 days of sentence credit if revoked from probation. Total amount due to the court is $901. Rose also pled guilty to possession of THC and was fined $443.

Brent Sommer, 19, of Ogema, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of battery - domestic abuse - infliction of physical pain or injury. A charge of bail jumping - felony, was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Court orders a withheld sentence and places the defendant on probation for a period of 2 years. Conditions of probation include payment of court costs, DNA sample and surcharge fee totaling $443, 40 hours of uncompensated hours of community service to be preapproved by the probation agent, AODA and follow through with all treatment recommendations, counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent. Sommer has 154 days of sentence credit if revoked from probation. Cash bond will be applied to the financial obligations.

Brent Sommer, 19, of Ogema, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of failure to report to jail (misdemeanor). A charge of bail jumping - felony, was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes. Court orders a withheld sentence and places the defendant on probation for a period of 1 year. Conditions of probation include payment of court costs, DNA sample and surcharge fee totaling $443, AODA and follow through with all treatment recommendations, counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent. 154 days of sentence credit if revoked from probation. Cash bond will be applied to the financial obligations.

A charge of failure to pay parking fines was dismissed against Suzanne Daniels, 61, of Park Falls.
