Guilty Pleas
Ivan D. Derry, 22, of Warsaw, Ill., pled guilty to resisting/ obstructing an officer, operating while intoxicated (1st), failure to keep vehicle under control, inattentive driving and was ordered to pay a total of $2,037.00. A charge of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (1st) was dismissed on the court’s own motion.
