A big step in helping so everyone can play

Last Wednesday, Lil’ Miss Spencerama Sophia Felix reached her first goal and picked up enough handicap-accessible swings to put in every Spencer park, with plans to have them installed soon. Felix was inspired by her brother Noelie to start her “Everyone Can Play” initiative, which raises money for playground equipment for kids with disabilities. Her next goal is to put up platform-type swings and frames to hold them so users won’t have to get out of their wheelchair.
