n James A. Blunt, 43, Colby, was fined $281.50 for disorderly conduct.
n Mason S. Cliver, 30, Dorchester was fined $1,037.50 for operating with a prohibited alcohol content (PAC) of greater than 0.15. His license was revoked for six months and was ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment.
n Ward F. Goulet, 56, Chippewa Falls, was fined $3,275.50 for operating with a PAC (fifth or sixth). His license was revoked for life. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device for five years, if his license were to be granted.
He was also sentenced to state prison for 18 months with 16 days credited. He will also be put under extended supervision for 24 months following his release from state prison. Charges of OWI (fifth or sixth) and operating while revoked were dismissed but read in to the court record.
n Stacy Lynn Helminski, 38, Medford, was fined $200.50 for rabies vaccination required.
n Kafka Trucking LLC was fined $2,392 for violating Class A Highway weight limits (two-plus)
n Jason W. Didier, 45, Abbotsford, was fined $1,756 for OWI (fifth or sixth). His license was revoked for 24 months, he was sentenced to state prison for 18 months and extended supervision for 18 months, and he was ordered to have an ignition interlock device placed on his vehicle. n Austin James Leffel, 28, Dorchester, was fined $175.30 for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle.
