Boarders Inn & Suites – Medford secures top ranking for guest experience

Cobblestone Hotels announced the Top Ten GES awards recipients at the annual brand awards ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Boarders Inn & Suites Medford, ranked first place out of over 130 hotels.

Each year, Cobblestone Hotels closes their two-day conference with an awards ceremony to thank all the people who have supported the brand throughout the course of the past year. Owners, investors, sponsors, general managers, operators, and the internal Cobblestone team gather at this ceremony to recognize the standout individuals and properties who represent Cobblestone values and exemplify the highest standards of care that all representatives of Cobblestone Hotels strive to provide.

Recipients of this award included the ten properties who performed highest in the category of guest experience, measured by ranking above the minimum of 4.2 in the reputation portal for 2022, submitting either the minimum or over the minimum of required guest surveys each month in 2022, and maintaining a review response rate of 95% or higher with text for 2022.
