Forward Bank opens new Rib Lake office
Forward Bank announced early last year their plans to enter the Rib Lake community to provide banking services. Since that time Laura Deuso joined the team as a Relationship Banker. She has been working at Forward Bank’s Medford location, meeting with businesses and individuals within the community leading up to the opening of the new Rib Lake office.
Forward in Rib Lake opened on Monday, March 27 and features new Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) technology to conduct customer transactions. During business hours, the team of Enhanced Virtual Assistants (E.V.A.) greet customers and work through transactions with them as if they were standing right in front of them. After hours, the machines work in a self-service mode which allows customers to use them as an ATM with the ability to make deposits and receive cash in different denominations.
“The entire organization is excited to bring our style of service and commitment to the community,” stated Dave Clark, President of Forward Bank. “The integration of technology like E.V.A. paired with great people will be key.”
Don Hadden and Barbie Monroe from Forward Insurance also join Laura in the Rib Lake office as part of a larger Forward team that serves communities throughout Central and Northern Wisconsin.
Forward Bank currently has offices in Athens, Colby, Dorchester, Greenwood, Marshfield, Medford, Park Falls, Phillips, Rib Lake, Stanley, Thorp, and Withee. For more information, please visit www. forward.bank.
Forward Bank officially opened their Rib Lake office on Monday. The office is located off of Hwy 102 in the former clinic building.
