William Cahoon, 34, of Medford pled guilty to license restriction violation (Class D or M Vehicle). This charge was amended from operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance refusal). Cahoon was ordered to pay $229.70.
Alsonso Garcia Sosa, 26, of Rib Lake was found guilty due to a no contest plea of criminal damage to property. This charge was amended from 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety. Garcia Sosa was ordered to pay $6,761.32.
Alsonso Garcia was also found guilty due to a no contest plea of resisting or obstructing an officer and was ordered to pay $831.
Alsonso Garcia had charges of operating while suspended and failure of operator to notify police of accident dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Nichelle Tibbits, 42, of Plover pled guilty to OWI (1st) and was ordered to pay $924.50. Tibbit’s DOT license was also revoked for 7 months. A charge of refusal to take test for intoxication after arrest was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
David Lunsman, 46, of Medford was found guilty due to a no contest plea of speeding in 55 MPH zone (20-24 mph). This charge was amended from speeding in a 55 MPH zone (35-39 MPH). Lunsman was ordered to pay $225.70.
Colton Maki, 30 of Wausau was pled guilty to speeding in 55 MPH zone (16-19 MPH). This charge was amended from speeding in a 55 MPH zone (20-24 MPH). Maki was ordered to pay $200.50.
Cody Neitzel, 35 of Medford was found guilty due to a no contest plea of transferee failure to apply for new vehicle title and was ordered to pay $175.30. Neitzel also pled not guilty to non registration of vehicle < 10,000 lbs. This charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Jesse Stibbe, 41 of Gilman was found guilty due to a no contest plea of OWI (3rd). Stibbe was also charged with operating with PAC (3rd). This charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Sentencing is scheduled for November 30.
Deferred Prosecution
Paxton Rothmeier, 16 of Medford was charged with exceeding speed zones (11-15 MPH). The judge ordered a deferred prosecution sentence.
Pleas Entered
Quin Lemke, 20, of Colby pled not guilty to disorderly conduct (domestic abuse).
