He was born May 30, 2006 in Spooner to Daniel and Diana (Rudolph) Rogers-Weston. They lived in Stone Lake un- til Weston was in first grade, then the family moved to his mother’s hometown of Medford, where Weston was currently a junior at Medford High School.
When he was younger, Weston was active in 4H, and also ran cross country. Once he was in high school, he worked as an attendant at the pool, worked in the greenhouse at Fourmens, and was currently working at Walmart. He shared an interest in computers with his large group of friends, and was planning on building a gaming computer from scratch. He also loved cats...especially his buddy, Smokey the cat. Smokey got to know the sound of Weston’s car and would wait anxiously for him to come in the door. He will be remembered by his family as always helping others, whether it was answering a call from Grandma Mary to fix her computer, cutting firewood, helping with the farmer’s market, or cooking, Weston was willing to help. He had a quiet nature and was al- ways listening, so when he would throw out his witty and often humorous one-liners, they were always on point.
Weston was a true blessing and his family is thankful for his 16 years of life. He will be forever in the hearts of his mother, Diana Rogers-Weston of Medford; father, Dan Rogers-Weston of Eau Claire; brother, Wheeler Rogers-Weston; maternal grandma, Mary Rudolph, both of Medford; aunts and uncles, George (Pam) Rudoph of Stetsonville, Paul (Tammie) Rudolph of Norfolk, Va., Dawn Rudolph of Medford, Charlotte (Tony) Hughes of Macon, Ga., Angie (Vern) Metcalf of Menomonie, Andy (Amy) Rudolph of Medford, Kathy (Dave) Moe of Hayward, Robin (Leo) O’Connor of Stanberry; cousins, Kyle, Brittney, Dusty, Krissalan, Shiloh, Shauna, Ben, Brandon, Sarah, Jesse, Dani, Kaelee, Zach, Danielle, Karielle, and Madeline.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grand- father, Ben Rudolph; paternal grandparents, Bob and Mary Rogers-Weston; and an aunt, Susy Rogers-Weston.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family for designation at a later date.
