OURT Court dates May 1–15 Dustin M. Zettler, 32, Abbotsford, was fined $2,596 for battery (domestic abuse assessments — infliction of physical pain or injury) and felony bail jumping. His jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on two years of probation. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were three counts of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse repeater), battery (domestic abuse assessments — infliction of physical pain or injury) and felony bail jumping.
Brittany N. Fellenz, 28, Withee, was fined $1,036 for manufacturing/delivering an amphetamine (greater than 3 grams to 10 grams, as party to a crime) and felony bail jumping. She was sentenced to 120 days of jail time; 100 days of the sentence was stayed with the remaining 20 days to be served. She was also placed on probation for four years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were battery, disorderly conduct, possessing with intent — amphetamine/methamphetamine/etc. (greater than 3 grams to 10 grams), possession of THC and possessing drug paraphernalia.
James R. Hansford, 34, Waupun, was fined $1,604 for felony bail jumping (repeater), intimidating a victim/ dissuading complaints (domestic abuse, repeater) and battery (repeater, domestic abuse assessments — infliction of physical pain or injury). He was sentenced to 18 months in local jail. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were three counts of felony bail jumping (repeater, one with a domestic abuse assessments modifi er), strangulation and suffocation (repeater, domestic abuse assessments — infliction of physical pain or injury) and disorderly conduct (repeater, domestic abuse assessments).
Thomas Bernard Humphrey IV, 39, Withee, was fined $618 for disorderly conduct (repeater, domestic abuse repeater). He was sentenced to 60 days in jail and placed on probation for two years. A charge of criminal damage to property (domestic abuse repeater) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Abel Lopez Tienda Jr., 43, Neillsville, was fined $518 for aggravated battery (use of a dangerous weapon). He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison and three years of extended supervision. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were second-degree recklessly endangering safety (through use of a dangerous weapon) and resisting or obstructing an officer.
Robbie A. Reiner, 56, Neillsville, was fined $463 for disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 50 days in local jail. Charges of felony bail jumping (repeater), battery (domestic abuse repeater, infliction of physical pain or injury) and misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Zene A. Wiese, 33, Stanley, was fined $443 for misdemeanor bail jumping (repeater). He was sentenced to 100 days in local jail. A charge of disorderly conduct (repeater, domestic abuse assessments) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Jamie Decker, 37, Dorchester, was fined $3,470 for three counts of unauthorized septage servicing and one unauthorized septage land application.
Jonathan R. Marciulionis, 32, Milwaukee, was fined $2,609 for three counts of failure to support child (less than 120 days). Five counts of failure to support child (more than 120 days) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Decker Sanitation Services LLC, Dorchester, was fined $1,735 for two counts of unauthorized septage servicing.
Maliszewski Dairy LLC, Arcadia, was fined $1,250 for violating Class A highway limits.
Barbara Jean Rowe, 29, Marshfield, was fined $937.50 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration — PAC — greater than or equal to 0.08, but less than 0.15 (first, amended from operating with a PAC greater than 0.15). She had her license revoked six months and will be required to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Ryan Neil Orth, 34, Colby, was fined $861 for operating while intoxicated (first). He had his license revoked for six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Robert J. Wellach, 35, Markesan, was fined $642 for commercial driving while disqualified.
Caleb J. Hainzlsperger, 23, Colby, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments).
Mitchell R. Haller, 42, Cornell, was fined $543 for disorderly conduct (repeater, domestic abuse assessments). His jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 12 months. A charge of battery (repeater, domestic abuse assessments — infliction of physical pain or injury) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Eugene Edward Turnquist, 73, Greenwood, was fined $389.50 for retail theft.
Denis Alexander Gradys Colindres, 56, Thorp, was fined $268.50 for failure to cause a child to attend school regularly.
Cindy Sue Gruhlke, 49, Greenwood, was fined $200.50 for keeping a large number of dogs/cats as a nuisance.
Lola Lynn Baars, 56, Thorp, was fined $180.30 for an improper stop at a stop sign — clear line.
Daiana Boehnlein, 38, Marshfield, was fined $180.30 for non-registration of a vehicle — an auto less than 10,000 pounds.
