Deferred prosecution agreement

Serena Breezee, 16, of Medford, is enrolled in the first offenders program and at law enforcement request court ordered the case will be held open so that she may complete the program for failure to yield right of way.

Jose Mauricio Herrera, 18, of Eau Claire, is enrolled in the first offenders program and at law enforcement request court ordered the case will be held open so that he may complete the program for speeding on city highway (16-19 mph).

Chloe J. Smith, 17, of Dorchester, is enrolled in the Tobacco Cessation class and at law enforcement request court ordered the case be held open for her to complete the program for possession of tobacco on school property.

Not guilty pleas

Dakota L. Marzinske, 27, Medford pled not guilty to operating while revoked (revoked due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), operating a motor vehicle without insurance, non-registration of a vehicle - auto <10,000 lbs, and display unauthorized vehicle registration plates.
