OURT Court dates Jan. 16-31 Christopher J. Larsen, 49, Loganville, was fined $3,321.80 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, third). All but 14 days of his jail sentence were stayed and he was placed on probation for 12 months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock and he had his license revoked for 24 months.
Jacob T. Borntreger, 34, Thorp, was fined $2,464 for second- degree sexual assault/use of force (domestic abuse assessments), strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse assessments) and bigamy. He was sentenced to 10 years in state prison plus five years of extended supervision. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include three counts of disorderly conduct, two additional counts of second-degree sexual assault/use of force (domestic abuse assessments) and one count of battery.
Martin John Cooper Sr., 63, Neillsville, was fined $2,372 for intimidating a victim/threatening force, etc. (domestic abuse assessments), strangulation and suffocation (domestic abuse assessments), first-degree recklessly endangering safety (domestic abuse) and first-degree recklessly endangering safety. He was sentenced to five years in state prison and five years of extended supervision. Charges dismissed but read in were: first-degree intentional homicide (domestic abuse assessments – infliction of physical pain or injury), intimidating a victim/threatening force, etc. (domestic abuse assessments), four counts of bail jumping – felony, two counts of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments), battery (domestic abuse assessments – infliction of physical pain or injury), possessing a firearm while convicted of a felony and three counts of bail jumping – misdemeanor.
Elmer Jesus Espinoza, 22, Withee, was fined $1,338.50 for OWI (first), operating without a valid license (first) and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. He had his license suspended six months. He will be required to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Cory W. Deacon, 41, Eau Claire, was fined $1,112.50 for operating with a restricted, controlled substance (first). His license was revoked six months and he will be required to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Trevor J. Harrison, 20, Wisconsin Rapids, was fined $1,036 for burglary to building or dwelling, and bail jumping – felony. His sentence was withheld and he was put on probation for five years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record include three counts of bail jumping – felony, criminal damage to property, theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500, and possession of methamphetamine.
Martin Aguilera, 19, Curtiss, was fined $1,019 and had his license revoked seven months OWI (first). He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and undergo an alcohol assessment.
Alexandro F. Castro Lopez, 19, Abbotsford, was fined $1,050.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked nine months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and undergo an alcohol assessment.
Adam Anthony Askland, 35, Stanley, was fined $937.50 for operating while restricted with a controlled substance (first). He had his license revoked six months and had to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Becky L. Farmer, 37, Neillsville, was fined $886 for resisting or obstructing an officer, and possessing an amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin. Her sentence was withheld and she was placed on probation one year. for A charge of bail jumping – felony was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Jayson David Gerber, 19, Thorp, was fined $579 for resisting/failing to stop. He was sentenced to five days in the local jail.
Jose Alfredo Castillo Lira, 52, Dorchester, was fined $518 for manufacturing/delivering Schedule IV drugs. His jail sentence was stayed and he was put on three years of probation. Another charge of manufacturing/delivering Schedule IV drugs and a charge of possessing with intent – Schedule IV drugs were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Justin Michael Cleveland, 29, Chippewa Falls, was fined $811.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months and will have to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Angel Luis Cruz Irizarry, 23, Abbotsford, was fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer. He was placed on probation for one year. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Young Lims, 17, Abbotsford, was fined $263.50 for underage drinking – possess (age 14-16, first). He had his license suspended 30 days.
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Gustavo Hernandez Guevara, 22, Rockford, Ill., was fined $1,148 for possession of THC (as party to a crime) and intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a child. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime) and another charge of intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a child were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Bronson Bobbie Jo Lewallen, 19, Stanley, was fined $930.70 for speeding in a 55 mph zone (20-24 mph) in a work zone, amended from speeding in 55 mph zone (45-plus mph); and for resisting or obstructing an officer, amended from resisting/failing to stop. A charge of failure to keep one’s vehicle under control was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Jayson David Gerber, 19, Thorp, was fined $779 for reckless driving – endangering safety. Charges of failure to display license plates and speeding in a 55 mph zone (11-15 mph) were dismissed but read in to the court record.

James K. Giera, 56, New Berlin, was fined $606.60 for improper transfer of approval or permit, and possessing/ loaning/borrowing another’s license.
Scott J. Lull II, 34, Spencer, was fined $579 for bail jumping – misdemeanor (repeater). A charge of violate/harassment with restraining order (repeater) was dismissed but read in.
