Charge dismissed Matthew Louis Damm, 45, of Medford was charged with failure to pay a parking fine. The charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
Shane Patrick Kenneally, 30, of Ogema, pled no contest and was found guilty of two separate charges of retail theft. He is ordered to pay a fine and restitution of $396.56 and another fine and restitution of $442.34.
Elizabeth Ann Turnley, 45, of Antigo, pled no contest and was found guilty of theft. She is ordered to pay fine and restitution of $937.50.
Judith Ann Schuh, 68, of Withee pled no contest to a charge of hit and run- unattended vehicle and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for the period of 6 months. Within that time Schuh agrees not to engage in any conduct which could result in being charged by the City of Medford Police Department of the State of Wisconsin for any traffic violations in the next six months. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the city will move to dismiss the citation.
Schuh pled no contest and was found guilty of failure of operator to notify police of accident. She was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $389.50. A charge of failure to keep vehicle under control was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.
Ronald B. Young, 54, of Kaukauna, pled no contest and was found guilty of take/attempt to take game in excess of daily limit (100% or more over limit). He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $544.50. His DNR license was suspended for 1 year and the 8 point buck and 10 point buck involved in the investigation of this matter was confiscated.
Young pled no contest and was found guilty of place, use, hunt over or train dogs with unauthorized or illegal bait->25 gallons of bait. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $745.50. Charges of use automated elevated feeders and take/attempt to take game for another person were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.
