Cadott claims away match against Loyal

In a crossover match at Loyal, the Cadott volleyball program wrapped up their regular season Oct. 11, on a high note.

The Hornets went into the match hungry for a win to end the regular schedule, taking the first set, 25-17. The second set came even easier for a 25-15 win, then Cadott closed out the match with a 25-17 third-set victory.

Leading on the night, was senior Lauryn Goettl, with 15 kills, 10 digs, 2 aces and 18 assists. Senior Elly Eiler came next, with 13 kills, 7 digs and 10 assists, followed by junior Emma Kowalczyk, with 5 kills and 9 digs.

Cadott is the No. 5 seed going into the playoffs and hosts the No. 12 seeded Augusta, Oct. 18.
