eports n Brenda L. Alcantar Loera, 27, Abbotsford, was fined $844.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

n Joshua M. Anason, 28, Neillsville, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $543. Charges of false imprisonment/domestic abuse and battery/ domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

n Dorothy E. Anderson, 52, Dorchester, was fined $295 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

n Jacob T. Boushon, 26, Unity, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $187.90 for failure to yield the rightof- way.

n Salina K. Burchett, 44, Withee, was fined $50 for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. Her driver’s license was revoked for 12 month, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months, and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

n Dontay E. Cloud, 19, Black River Falls, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 45 mph over limit), and was fined $389.50 for reckless driving/endangering safety, $213.10 for operating left of center, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked.

n Farron R. Dignin, 59, Neillsville, was fined $811.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $326.50 for failure to stop for an emergency vehicle, $162.70 for operating a vehicle without stopping lights, $162.70 for operating a vehicle without two headlights, $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/ driver, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

n Amy M. German, 41, Withee, was fined $326.50 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

n Edward D. Gingerich, 19, Withee, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $213.10 for unreasonable and imprudent speed, and $175.30 for nonregistration.

n Amanda J. Haas, 40, Boyd, was fined $175.30 for failure to properly maintain an exhaust system, $150.10 for failure to display vehicle license plates, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $175.30 for non-registration.

n Raymond T. Halida, 59, Colby, was fined $1,019 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign.

n Luke I. Haqq, 37, Saint Paul, Minn., was fined $301.30 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

n Dorothy A. Hillmer, 84, Moline, Ill., was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

n Thomas H. Hoffmann, 50, Curtiss, was fined $452.50 for operating an ATV/UTV while intoxicated. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

n Nolan E. Hoover, 18, Abbotsford, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

n Roxann A. Knez, 38, Stanley, was fined $1,019 and her driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center.

n Matthew A. Krueger, 30, Silver Lake, Minn., was sentenced to 45 days in jail and was fined $1,819 for a third OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 24 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. Charges of possession of methamphetamine and operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

n Jacquelyn E. Lemoi, 25, Colby, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
