Christian M. Allen, 19, of Medford pled no contest and was found guilty of operating without a valid license (3rd within 3 years). A fine of $443 is to be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts office in the amount of $40/month beginning October 21.

Jeremy Crisman, 35, of Schofield, pled no contest and was found guilty of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). Crisman shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office by November 6. He shall pay costs of $443 at the rate of $50/month beginning on October 21.

Brian Scott Johnson, 60, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of worthless checks. He was ordered to pay fine/restitution of $311. A payment plan of $25/month was ordered.

Johnson was found guilty of a second charge of worthless checks. He was ordered to pay fine/restitution of $319.70. A payment plan of $25/month was ordered.

Kaden Robert Blume, 16, of Medford, pled not guilty to a charge of failure to yield right of way from stop sign. Blume entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for the period of six months. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case.

Peyton Marie Quick, 16, of Medford, pled not guilty to a charge of failure to stop at stop sign. Quick entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for the period of six months. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss this case.

Jorge Palma Rosero, 68, of Medford, pled guilty to OWI (2nd offense). Fine and costs of $1,597 shall be paid to the Taylor County Clerk of Court’s office at the rate of $100/ month beginning November 7. He shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. A local jail sentence of 25 days was ordered. The jail sentence shall begin immediately and can be served with huber and good time. Rosero shall undergo AODA and comply with the driver safety plan. His license was revoked for 14 months and an ignition interlock system will be installed for one year upon licensure. A charge of operating with PAC (2nd offense) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Rosero pled guilty to OWI (3rd offense). Rosero shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. A local jail sentence of 45 days shall begin immediately and may be served with huber and good time. Rosero shall pay the fine and costs of $1,786 at the rate of $100/month beginning November 7 and undergo AODA and comply with the driver safety plan. Rosero’s license will be revoked for 24 months and upon licensure an ignition interlock will be installed for one year. A charge of operating with PAC (2nd offense) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion Sandra Joan Rinehart, 59, of Medford, pled guilty to OWI (1st offense). Rinehart shall complete AODA and attend Victim Impact Panel. Her license was revoked for seven months and an ignition interlock system will be installed for one year upon licensure. She was ordered to pay a fine of $924.50. Charges of operating with PAC (>=0.15)(1st offense), operating left of center, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Robert J. Ziembo, 65, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of operating with PAC >=0.08, <0.15 (1st offense), amended from Operating with PAC >=0.15 (1st offense). He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $885. His license was revoked for seven months and he must attend AODA and follow through with any recommended treatment. A charge of OWI (1st offense) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Benjamin Albert Johnson, 16, of Medford, pled not guilty [written] to charges of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and display unauthorized vehicle registration plates. Charges were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Christine Anne Rasmussen, 54, of Medford, pled not guilty of operating a motor vehicle without insurance. The charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Tina M. Wang, 37, of Thorp, was charged with throw/ discharge bodily fluid at Public Safety Worker or Prosecutor and possession of THC. Both charges were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Michael Gene Weiler, 32, of Medford, pled not guilty [written] to a charge of non-registration of vehicle-auto <10,000 lbs. This charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Darlene Kay Wicke, 59, of Gilman, pled not guilty to resisting or obstructing an officer (forfeiture). The charge was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

David R. Yates, 56, of Rib Lake, pled no contest and was found guilty of four charges of car dealer/wholesaler fail/licensed. He is ordered to pay a forfeiture of $767.50 per charge. Five other charges of car dealer/wholesaler fail/licensed were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

$393.50—Teresa Castrejonconde, 32, of Dorchester, operating without carrying a license [amended from a charge of operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years].

$200.50—Lief Eric Jorgensen, 61, of Withee, speeding in 55 mph zone (16-19 mph over)(amended from exceeding speed zones (20-24 mph over-hwy area).

$200.50—Vienea Tiara Lebar, 27, of Ogema, operating without a valid license (1st violation).

$175.30—Vienea Tiara Lebar, 27, of Ogema, non-registration of vehicle-auto <10,000 lbs.

$10—Vienea Tiara Lebar, 27, of Ogema, operating motor vehicle without proof of insurance.
