The Tridents had a better showing at Tomahawk, with Madeline and Heath claiming first and second places in the 200-yard freestyle. Next in the 200-yard individual medley, Kempen took first, with Lunemann and senior Michelle Gaddy scoring points, for third and fourth place finishes.

The Tridents now move to 5-2 on the season. “It was nice to get the win tonight over Tomahawk, but what I was most impressed with, was the fight that I saw in our girls,” said Matt. “As a team, we are starting to really understand how to race and how to fight to get to the wall first. That was exciting to see.”
