Notice to Creditors

NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF BELANGER HOLDINGS, INC.

Belanger Holdings, Inc., formerly known as Countyside Publications, LTD, a Wisconsin corporation, which had as its principal place of business in Medford, Wisconsin, was administratively dissolved by the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions on March 20, 2017.

This notice is being published pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. §180.1407, and Belanger Holdings, Inc. requests that any and all persons with claims, whether known or unknown, against Belanger Holdings, Inc., its directors, officers or shareholders, in their capacities as such, present them in accordance with the provisions of this notice.

Any persons having a claim against Belanger Holdings, Inc., its directors, officers or shareholders, must file a claim by mailing the claim to the following address : Belanger Holdings, Inc.

c/o Attorney William A. Grunewald 128 West Division Street P.O. Box 426 Medford, WI 54451 The claim must include:

• The date on which the claim arose;

• The name, age, occupation and address of each claimant;

• The description of the nature of the claim, together with a complete explanation of the reason the claim is being made, including the name of all injury and/or damages, and the legal theory upon which the claim is being made;

• A copy of any and all supporting documents that support the claim.

Any potential claimants are hereby notified that all claims against Belanger Holdings, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, or its directors, officers or shareholders, are barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is brought within two (2) years after the publication date of this notice.

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Members (the “Special Meeting”) of Time Federal Savings Bank (the “Bank”) will be held Monday, December 2, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at the Main Office of the Bank, located at 675 E. Broadway, Medford, Wisconsin. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider and vote upon an amendment to the Bank’s Charter to change the Bank’s name.
