EPORTS Crystal J. Allen, 36, Greenwood, was fined $200.50 on each of three counts of failure to cause a child to attend school regularly.

Blake A. Broaddus, 30, Cottage Grove, was fined $452.50 for operating an ATV/UTV while intoxicated, $452.50 for ATV/UTV operator failure to take an alcohol test, and $232 for operating a UTV without a valid safety certificate. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Katie L. Carter, 27, Winthrop, Ariz., was sentenced to 120 days in jail and fined $443 for fourth-degree sexual assault. Sixty of the days are to be served and the remainder are stayed, and she was placed on probation for three years. She was also placed on probation for three years and fined $443 on a second count of fourth-degree sexual assault and fined $518 for bail jumping.

Lohman E. Cloud, 50, Black River Falls, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver, and $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wilmer S. Contento, 23, Neenah, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, $175.30 for an unsafe lane deviation, $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia and $389.50 for possession of THC.

Angel L. Cruz Irizarry, 22, Abbotsford, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended and $175.30 for non-registration.

Tavi N. De Groot, 36, Hurricane, Utah, was fined $1,062.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment. She was also fined $553 for disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse and $443 for bail jumping. A second count of disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Joseph E. Deno, 24, Greenwood, was fined $200.50 on each of two dog license violations.

James D. Dewey, 66, Stevens Point, was fined $1,012.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Christopher A. Donovan, 47, La Farge, was fined $452.50 for operating an ATV/UTV while intoxicated and $452.50 for ATV/UTV operator failure to take a test for alcohol. He was also fined $295 for operating an ATV/UTV in a careless way. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
