OURT Heather R. Bergstrom, 28, Marshfield, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and two years of extended supervision after her probation was revoked on a 2020 conviction for possession of methamphetamine.
Anthony J. Borowski, 23, Thorp, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and was ordered to pay $841 in fines and costs for reckless driving/causing bodily harm. The jail sentence was stayed pending completion of traffic safety school and he was placed on probation for two years. He was also placed on probation for two years and fined $443 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense.
Cody J. Bunkelman, 29, Athens, was placed on probation for two years and fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer/repeater, $443 for disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse/repeater, $518 for bail jumping/domestic abuse, and $543 for battery/domestic abuse. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 90 days in jail for strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse. Forty-five of the days are to be served and the rest are stayed. He was placed on probation for four years and fined $518. He was also placed on probation for two years and ordered to pay $1,398 in fines and restitution for criminal damage to property/domestic abuse, and was fined $543 for battery/ domestic abuse.
Micah T. Hinrichs, 28, Menomonie, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for two years for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 18 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Joshua J. Kane, 35, Stanley, was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $841 for hit-and-run and $443 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related offense.
Mackenzie R. Malm, 28, Loyal, was sentenced to 45 days in jail and fined $1,819 for a third offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol content. His driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 24 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $1,756 and his driver’s license was revoked for 16 months for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol content. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 16 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Timothy A. Marten, 57, Chippewa Falls, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for knowingly violating a domestic abuse order. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $453. He was also placed on probation for 18 months and fined $443 for possession of THC and $443 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Heidi L. Pawlowski, 28, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 200 days in jail and fined $2,757.50 for a fourth offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol content. Her driver’s license was revoked for 36 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 36 months, and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
William H. Ransom Jr., 41, Neillsville, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for three years for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 30 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Curtis J. Rosebeck, 22, Black River Falls, was fined $50 and his driver’s license was revoked for two years for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 18 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Chad A. Rupnow, 38, Humbird, was sentenced to one year in prison and two years of extended supervision after his probation was revoked on a 2020 conviction for substantial battery/intend bodily harm.
Zachary J. Shubert, 38, whose address is listed as the Oshkosh Correctional Facility, was sentenced to two years in prison and two years of extended supervision for felony bail jumping/repeater. He was also sentenced to 65 days in jail and fined $1,744 for a third offense of operating a vehicle while under the influence of a restricted controlled substance. His driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 24 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. Additional charges of bail jumping/repeater and possession of THC/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Terry J. Sternitzky, 57, Granton, was sentenced to 155 days in jail for a third offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol content. Fourteen of the days are to be served and the remainder are stayed. He was fined $2,132 and placed on probation for 24 months, his driver’s license was revoked for 33 months, and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 33 months.
Alexander J. Stumpner, 34, Chili, was sentenced five years in prison and three years of extended supervision for possession of amphetamine/methamphetamine with intent to deliver/as party to a crime. The prison sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for seven months, ordered to serve 12 months in jail, and fined $518. Charges of possession of THC with intent to deliver/as party to a crime/repeater, maintaining a drug trafficking place/as party to a crime/repeater, possession of a controlled substance/as party to a crime/repeater, possession of an illegally-obtained prescription/as party to a crime/repeater, and possession of drug paraphernalia/ as party to a crime/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Christopher W. Thums, 33, Neillsville, was sentenced to nine months in jail for strangulation and suffocation/ domestic abuse. He was placed on probation for three years and fined $618. He was also placed ion probation for two years and fined $1,086 for battery/domestic abuse and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Charges of intimidating a victim/threaten force/domestic abuse, and stalking/domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Marianna K. Zimmer, 19, Green Bay, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for causing injury by operation of a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. Fifteen of the days are to be served and the remainder are stayed. She was placed on probation for 24 months and ordered to pay $1,366 in fines and costs. Her driver’s license was revoked for 12 months and an ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months. She was also sentenced to 60 days in jail for possession of methamphetamine. That jail sentence was stayed and she was placed on probation for 24 months and fined $528. Charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
