Hornets finish fifth in the conference on the links

Finishing up the season, the Cadott golf team traveled to Black River Falls, May 17, where the Hornets took fifth in the Cloverbelt Conference.

Scores were low on the day for the Hornets at the Skyline Golf Club, with seniors Jacob Ackley and Ethan Foldy carding a 48. Senior Sam Scheidler was next, with 50, while junior Peter Weir was right behind, with 51.

Senior Brett Schofield rounded out the scoring, with a score of 57.

“It seems as though we are peaking at the right time,” said coach Scott Christenson.
