$267.50—Jeremy J. Wellman, 40, of Medford, operating without valid license (1st violation). Amended from operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal).

Umberto Nespolo Lo, 25, of Wausau, disorderly conduct.

Michael Gene Weiler, 31, of Medford, operating snowmobile without trail sticker.

Matthew James Natzke, 40, of Edgar, pled no contest and was found guilty of OWI (2nd offense). A charge of operating with PAC (2nd offense) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. Natzke shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. The unpaid fines and costs in the amount of $1,596 shall be paid to the Taylor County Clerk of Court’s office at the rate of $266/month beginning April 14. A local jail sentence of 25 days was ordered. This jail sentence shall begin no later than June 1, at 4:30 p.m. and may be

served with huber and good time. Natzke’s license was revoked for 14 months and an ignition interlock system shall be installed for the period of 1 year after license is reinstated. Natzke shall undergo AODA and comply with the driver safety plan.

Austin G. Stahnke, 20, of Medford pled guilty to 3 charges of possession/distribute/exhibit pornography an intimate representation (victim <18 years old) and 3 counts of posts or publishes private representation without consent. The said charges were amended from charges of possession of child pornography. Two charges of possession of child pornography were dismissed but read in court. Attorney Tlusty agrees to 2 days sentence credit and does not object to state that DE is eligible for expungement. Court orders a withheld sentence on counts 1-3 and places Stahnke on probation for 5 years with the following conditions: court costs on each count; DNA sample and surcharge on each count; comply sex offender registry for 15 years; psychosexual evaluation; counseling as deemed appropriate by agent. Court orders on counts 4 through 6, 9 months in the Taylor County Jail with Huber and good time credit; consecutive to each other; court costs and DNA sample and surcharge on each count. 2 days sentence credit. Counts 7 & 8 are dismissed but read in. Court orders payment plan of $200/month beginning May 9.

Ethan M. Mottle, 17, of Withee, pled no contest to sexual contact with child age 15, actor under 19 and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 1 year. Mottle shall not commit any criminal offenses and shall notify the Taylor County District Attorney’s Offi ce, as well as the Clerk of Court’s office of any change of address within ten days of said change. Mottle shall comply with all the terms of bond, which continues to remain in effect during the period of this agreement. He must successfully complete the underage sexual activity program through Healthfirst Network. Proof of attendance must be sent to the district attorney’s office. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the state will move to dismiss the charge.

Edward P. Peterson, 40, of Medford, pled no contest to failure to maintain holding/septic tanks and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 8 months. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case.
