ourt n Delmar L. Martin, 20, Colby, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

n Lester A. Martin, 22, Stanley, was fined $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

n Michael J. McBride, 28, Neillsville, was sentenced to 15 days in jail after his deferred prosecution agreement was revoked on a 2020 conviction for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $543. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 15 days in jail for bail jumping. That jail sentence was also stayed and he was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $443. Another charge of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

n Scott M. Mills, 48, Neillsville, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense.

n Patrick J. Moe, 28, Chippewa Falls, was sentenced to two years in prison and three years of extended supervision for strangulation and suffocation/ domestic abuse-repeater. He was fined $518 and is to pay a yet-to-be determined amount of restitution. He was also sentenced to one year in prison and 18 months of extended supervision -- to run concurrent to the first sentence -- and fined $518 for intimidating a victim to dissuade reporting/ domestic abuse-repeater.

n Zachery A. Noll, 22, Marshfield, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding 25-29 mph over limit.

n Jill M. Osowski, 36, Thorp, was fined $967.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

n Christina L. Pirik, 37, Stanley, was fined $175.30 for non-registration, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $238.30 for displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended.

n Javier Rocha, 19, Abbotsford, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
