Jennifer Mary Becker, 49, of Stetsonville, entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 12 months for a charge of retail theft. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case.
Michael Anthony Brandner, 65, of Medford, entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 1 year for a charge of trespassing to land. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case.
Cameron John Bull, 16, of Medford, pled no contest and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 4 months for a charge of exceeding speed zones (11-15 mph over). Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will amend the charge.
Carissa Marie Harding, 16, of Prentice, pled no contest to a charge of exceeding speed zones (16-19 mph over). She entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 6 months. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court agrees to dismiss the case.
Hailey Lynn Zickert, 16, of Rib Lake, pled no contest to a charge of probationary licensee operate “Class D” Vehicle between hours of 12 midnight and 5 a.m. Zickert entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of 6 months. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case.
Cameron John Bull, 16, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of operating motor vehicle by probationary licensee with unauthorized person in vehicle. He was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $200.50.
