OURT _ Jose I. Acosta-Deleon, 35, Abbotsford, was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $1,439 for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Charges of operating a vehicle without a valid license/ second offense within three years, and possession of cocaine were dismissed but readin to the court record.
_ Jesse J. Bergeron, 20, Eau Claire, was sentenced to 90 days in jail after his probation was revoked on 2020 convictions for criminal trespass to a dwelling and theft of moveable property.
_ Franco Cruz Bautista, 21, Deerbrook, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, $263.50 for hit-andrun of an unattended vehicle, and $389.50 for failure to notify police of an accident.
_ Clinton T. Donahue, 39, Wisconsin Rapids, was sentenced to 60 days in jail and fined $2,020 for a third OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 29 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 29 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
_ Faith M. Dumke, 20, Appleton, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
_ Ryan R. Durbin, 41, Owen, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for possession of methamphetamine. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $913.
A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
_ Allison H. Erickson, 20, Neillsville, was fined $1,094.99 and her driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
_ Brian R. Franklin, 49, Abbotsford, was fined $175.30 for non-registration, $326.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.
_ Gerardo Lopez Lopez, 29, Abbotsford, was sentenced to two years in prison and three years of extended supervision and fined $718 for manufacture/ delivery of amphetamine. Additional charges of manufacture/delivery of amphetamine, manufacture/ delivery of cocaine, and maintaining a drug trafficking place were dismissed but readin to the court record.
_ Aaron T. Lowe, 27, whose address is listed as the Jackson County Jail, Black River Falls, was sentenced to 12 months in jail after his probation was revoked on a 2019 conviction for battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer.
_ Timothy A. Marten, 57, Chippewa Falls, was fined $389.50 for a uniform controlled substance act violation and $389.50 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
_ Javier A. Martinez, 18, Unity, was fined $1,168 on two counts of operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcoholrelated offense. A charge of resisting or obstructing an offi cer was dismissed but readin to the court record.
_ Jacob A. Peleschak, 21, Thorp, was fined $263.50 for disorderly conduct and $515.50 for resisting or obstructing public officers.
