Austin G. Stahnke, 19, pled not guilty to 8 felony charges of possession of child pornography. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for February 23, at 1 p.m. A status hearing is scheduled for March 3, at 1 p.m.

Shane a. McNamar aka Shane Allen McNamar, 26, of Medford, pled not guilty to the following charges: strangulation and suffocation, 3rd degree sexual assault, battery, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is a repeat offender on all said charges. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for February 23, at 9 a.m. A status hearing is scheduled for March 3, at 9:30 a.m.

Ethan Michael Berry, 20, of Medford, pled no contest to violating absolute sobriety law. His license was suspended for 90 days, and he is ordered to pay a forfeiture of $389.50.

Matthew G. Czerniak, 32, of Medford, pled no contest to a charge of disorderly conduct. Czerniak must submit a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. The costs shall be paid at he rate of $100/ month beginning February 2, until the total amount of $443 is paid in full. A charge of resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed but read in court.

Susan J. Gutowski, 70, of Westboro, pled no contest to theft-moveable property (>$2,500-$5,000). Sentence was withheld and a probation of 2 years was ordered. A 15 day jail sentence shall begin no later than February 20, at 4:30 p.m. This sentence may be served with huber. Gutowski shall pay all sheriff and jail fees of $8,933.45.

Michael J. Hayes, 40, of Medford, pled no contest to a charge of possession of THC with intent. (<=200 grams). Sentence was withheld and a probation of 1 year was ordered. A 30-day jail sentence shall begin no later than February 6. Hayes must pay local jail costs of $518. He also pled no contest to possession of a firearm-convicted out-of-state felony. He is ordered to pay another $518. The charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place (party to a crime), manufacture/deliver THC (<=200g), and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read in court.

Tylynn s. Jankovic, 29, of Athens, pled no contest to possession of THC. Sentence was withheld and a probation of one year was ordered. Jankovic is ordered to pay local jail costs of $886. Local jail time of 60 days is imposed and stayed. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read in court.

Nicholas J. Judnic, 29, of Rib Lake, pled no contest to theft-moveable property-special facts. Sentence was withheld and a probation of 4 years was ordered. Judnic shall write a letter of apology to the victim due within 30 days of sentencing and pre-approved by probation. He is ordered to pay fines of $528.

Jason A. Krumwiede, 40, of Woodruff, pled no contest to OWI (3rd offense). License was revoked for 27 months, and ignition interlock was installed. Krumwiede shall start his local jail time of 75 days immediately starting January 6. The sentence may be served with huber and good time. A charge of operating with PAC (3rd offense) was dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Tyson L. Butler, 37, of Medford, pled no contest to endangering safety/use/dangerous weapon. Butler entered a deferred entry of judgment agreement on this charge for a period of six months. Upon successful completion, of the agreement, the state will move to amend the charge to county ordinance of disorderly conduct with a forfeiture in the amount of $263.50 and a mandatory victim witness surcharge of $67.

Jessie Lee Eisner, 38, of Medford pled no contest to failing to maintain holding/septic tanks. Eisner entered a deferred entry of judgment agreement for 4 years. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case.

Lamont W. Guirdy, 27, of Appleton, pled no contest to disorderly conduct. Guirdy entered a deferred entry of judgment agreement for a period of 1 year. Upon successful completion of this agreement the state will move to dismiss the charge.

Jacob John Thums, 22, of Medford, pled no contest to felony bail-jumping. Thums entered a deferred entry of judgment agreement for a period of 2 years. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the state will move to dismiss charge. Local jail time of 15 days was imposed and stayed. If probation is revoked, a 13-month driver’s license revocation period shall take effect. Charges of unreasonable and imprudent speed, and operating with PAC (2nd offense) were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion.

Stacey L. Warner, 45, of Gilman, pled guilty to OWI (3rd offense). Sentence was withheld and a probation of 2 years was ordered. Fourteen day local jail sentence shall begin no later than January 7. Charges of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install, violate court order, operating while revoked, and operating with PAC (3rd offense) were dismissed but read in court.

$389.50—Kyle Bradley Gumz, 19, of Westboro, reckless driving-endangering safety.

$282.50—Megan J. Kopelke, 32, of Stetsonville, operating without a valid license (1st violation). Amended from operating while revoked.

$10—Alexander Todd Olson, 50, of Medford, vehicle operator failure to wear a seatbelt.

$200.50—Paul Richard Penzkover, 50, of Minnestrista, MN, speeding in 55 mph zone (16-19mph over). Amended from Speeding in a 55 mph zone (20-24mph over).

Curtis L. Sigmund, 24, of Medford, felony bail jumping.

The following divorces were granted: Breanna L. Haynes, of Medford and Christopher J. Haynes, of Medford, on January 10.

Victoria Denisse Mercer, of Medford, and Richard Dean Mercer, of Gilman, on January 10.
