OURT Jessica M. Beck, 36, La Crosse, was sentenced to 120 days in jail for possession of methamphetamine/repeater. The jail sentence was stayed and she was placed on probation for three years and fined $518. Two counts of bail jumping/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Kerline Buchanan, 46, Neillsville, was fined $295 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).

Richard Cruz Correa, 35, Colby, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for stalking. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years and fined $518. He was also fined $443 for bail jumping and $443 for operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation. Additional charges of unlawful phone use/ threaten harm, stalking, bail jumping, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a vehicle while revoked were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Timothy D. Kroening, 41, Marshfield, was fined $358 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit). He was also fined $175.30 for non-registration, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, and $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Lukas A. Linden, 24, Oshkosh, was fined $301.30 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).

Santos Rodriguez Ruiz, 39, Rochester, N.Y., was sentenced to 60 days in jail for possession of a firearm by a convicted out-of-state felon. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years and fined $518.
