Duane B. “Dewey” Olson, 69, of Rib Lake , died Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Aspirus Hospital in Medford.

Private family services will be held.

Dewey was born Oct. 10, 1951 in Wausau to Margaret (Strasser) and Marvin Olson. He worked most of his life in Milwaukee, until moving to Rib Lake 20 years ago to be closer to his family.

He is survived by two brothers, Richard “Dick” (Sharon) Olson, Danny “Boomer” Olson, all of Rib Lake; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister- in-law, Irma Olson; and his son, Chad B. Olson.
