Alexander, 38, Medford pled no contest to possession of methamphetamine (party to a crime), possession of THC (party to a crime), both charges were found guilty due to no contest plea on September 7. Charges of maintaining drug trafficking place and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes. Court ordered withheld sentence and placement on probation for a period of 18 months with conditions of court costs; DNA sample and surcharge; AODA; 4 days county jail on count 1 with Huber to begin no later than October 7, at 4:30 p.m. Court ordered Alexander to pay $886.
Frank A Camelin, 47, Machesney Park, Ill., pled no contest to disorderly conduct. Court finds defendant guilt and ordered court costs; DNA sample and surcharge. Costs shall be paid from the bond. Camelin owes the court $443.00. Bail-jumping charge was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.
Austin M. Johnson, 19, Prentice, pled no contest to 1 count of theft of a moveable property<=$2500 and one count of theft- moveable property <=2500-$5,000. One count of burglary to a building or dwelling and one count of theft- moveable property <=2500-$5,000 were dismissed but read in court on September 8. Defendant ordered to write letter of apology to the victims due within 30 days of sentencing and preapproved by probation, undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation, pay supervision fees as ordered by The Department of Corrections. Fines and restitution of $3907.72 Jason D. Nelson, 48, Thorp, pled no contest to failing to report to jail. Court orders court costs; DNA sample and surcharge; 30 days county jail with Huber and good time to begin no later than October 8, at 4:30 p.m. 1 day of sentence credit. Costs shall be paid at the rate of $20 a month beginning November 1. Nelson owes the court $518.00.
Justin D. Stendahl, 38, Prentice pled no contest to disorderly conduct- domestic. Court finds defendant guilty of disorderly conduct-domestic, and orders a DNA sample and surcharge. Total costs are $600 and shall be paid at the rate of $100 a month beginning October 1.
Logan S. Nowak, 20, Medford, was found guilty of having sexual intercourse with a child 16 or older. Court defers entry of judgment for a period of one year with conditions of standard conditions and 40 hours of community service preapproved by district attorney’s office. Upon successful completion the charge will be dismissed.
Joseph Fuentez, 38, Prentice, was found guilty of speeding in a 55mph zone (16-19 mph over) amended from speeding in 55mph zone (20-24 over) and ordered to pay $200.50.
Joseph Fuentez, 38, Prentice, was found guilty of operating without valid license amended from operating while revoked to due alcohol or controlled substance and ordered to pay $267.50.
Adam Carlson, 34, Medford, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct on September 7.
Brian Saunby, 37, Rib Lake, pled not guilty to contempt of court/ disobeying order on September 7.
Cameron Stumpner, 24, Rib Lake, pled not guilty to two charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, 3 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and four counts of felony bail jumping on September 8.
Heather Adams, 38, Medford, pled not guilty to one count of disorderly conduct domestic abuse infliction of physical pain or injury on September 7.
Jacob Gouza, 24, Athens, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct domestic abuse, one charge of criminal damage to property, one charge of criminal trespass to dwelling, one charge of theft-movable property <= $2500, one charge of misdemeanor bail jumping, on September 7.
Michelle Ashlock, 49, Medford, pled not guilty to possession of THC, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
