Court proceedings
The following appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty: David A. Alexander Jr., 38, Medford, possession of methamphetamine (as a party to a crime), possession of THC (as a party to a crime), maintaining a drug trafficking place (as a party to a crime) and possession of drug paraphernalia (as a party to a crime); Tara L. Reamer, 38, Medford, possession of methamphetamine (as a party to a crime), possession of THC (as a party to a crime), maintaining a drug trafficking place (as a party to a crime) and possession of drug paraphernalia (as a party to a crime).
Bryant S. Konieczny, 19, Rib Lake, pled guilty to disorderly conduct and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of two years. As terms of the agreement, Konieczny must not commit any criminal offenses during the period of the agreement; notify the Taylor County district attorney and clerk of court offi ces of any address change within 10 days; comply with all of the terms of bond, which continues to remain in effect during the period of the agreement; have no contact with the victim; write a letter of apology, pre-approved by the victim witness coordinator, to the victim and her family by July 7, 2021; and attend counseling with a provider of his choice and provide proof of attendance to the district attorney’s office prior to December 1, 2021. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the state will move to dismiss the charge.
Jessica K. Bartaszewicz, 31, Medford, pled no contest to operating while revoked and forfeited $443.
Eric J. Doberstein, 24, Withee, pled no contest to an amended charge of disorderly conduct and forfeited $263.50. The original charge had been disorderly conduct- domestic abuse.
Jersey A. Graumann, 18, Medford, pled no contest to speeding 11-15 mph over the limit and forfeited $175.30.
Brent N. Jensen, 53, Owen, pled guilty to possession of THC. He was sentenced to serve 45 days in jail, pay a forfeiture of $443 and submit to a DNA sample. Jensen
Taylor County Circuit Court
also pled guilty to a count of manufacture/delivery of THC-greater than 200 to 1,000 grams and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of one year. As terms of the the agreement, Jensen must not commit any criminal offenses during the period of the agreement; notify the Taylor County district attorney and clerk of court offices of any address change within 10 days; and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow up with the recommended treatment and provide proof of assessment to the district attorney’s offi ce. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the state will move to dismiss the count. A count of maintaining a drug trafficking place was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.
Rick J. Ruesch, 29, Medford, pled no contest to improper transfer of approval or permit. Ruesch forfeited $303.30 and his DNR privileges were revoked/suspended for three years.
Separate charges of improper transfer of approval or permit and failure to keep records as required, failure to keep accurate records or otherwise provide incorrect information against Ruesch were dismissed on prosecutor’s motions.
Pamela Jo Schwippert, 62, Medford, pled no contest to damage to property and disorderly conduct. She forfeited $263.50 for each offense.
Abram A. Welcher, 22, Sheboygan, pled no contest to speeding 16-19 mph over the limit and forfeited $200.50.
Probation ordered
Deserie P. Granado, 45, Gilman, pled no contest to possession of THC. Sentence was withheld and Granado was placed on probation for one year on the condition she pay a forfeiture of $443 and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of Corrections; submit to a DNA sample; and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with all treatment recommendations.
Granado also pled no contest to a separate charge of resisting or obstructing an officer and forfeited $515.50.
A separate charge of dangerous or vicious dogs or other animals against Granado was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.
Divorces
The following were granted divorce decrees: Patrick A. Blair, 47, Medford, and Bobbie Jo Blair, 46, Stetsonville; Adam J. Geiger, 37, Stetsonville, and Ashly M. Geiger, 36, Medford; James E. Tischendorf, 43, Dorchester, and Jennifer R. Tischendorf, 48, Medford; Michael A. Wysocki, 54, Kronenwetter, and Karen J. Wysocki, 36, Crivitz.
