OURT Jared A. Armbrust, 22, Medford, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for possession of methamphetamine/repeater. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for three years and fined $518. Additional charges of bail jumping/repeater, possession of THC/repeater, and possession of drug paraphernalia/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Joy A. Bergstrom, 24, Marshfield, was sentenced to 20 days in jail for resisting or obstructing an officer. The jail sentence was stayed and she was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $443. A second charge of resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Jason C. Gasiorowski, 44, Neillsville, was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $518 for maintaining a drug trafficking place.

Brian L. Irwin, 54, Withee, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for battery. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $443. He was also placed on probation for 18 months and fined $443 for criminal damage to property. Charges of intimidating a victim/damage property/domestic abuse-repeater and strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse-repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Luke W. Landini, 18, Loyal, was fined $544.50 and his Department of Natural Resources hunting privileges were revoked/suspended for three years for shining wild animals wild possessing a firearm. He was also fined $222.90 for hunting within 50 feet of a road’s center, $387.25 for hunting bear or deer before/after hours, $222.90 for failure to make effort to retrieve downed game, and $258.10 for loading/discharging a firearm/bow in/ from a vehicle.

Kari A. Leslie, 46, Greenwood, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Edward H. Redemske, 42, Worth, Ill., was sentenced to six months in jail, placed on probation for four years, and fined $1,554 on three counts of failure to support a child. Part of the jail sentence is stayed if he meets certain guidelines and he is to perform eight hours of community service. Nine additional counts of failure to support a child were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
