OURT Vivian L. Ertz, 21, Marshfield, was fined $358 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit).
Austin R. Fass, 17, Wausau, was fined $515.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (more than 35 mph over limit).
Jesse J. Gomez, 29, Spencer, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
Joshua A. Green, 38, Stevens Point, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
Brent E. Hauge, 28, Loyal, was fined $162.70 for operating an ATV/UTV without required headgear and $232 for operating an ATV without a valid safety certificate.
Brandon J. Heise, 32, Marshfield, was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $1,582 for a second OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 12 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Lavern L. Hoover, 19, Curtiss, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.
Isaiah D. Horning, 16, Granton, was fined $452.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (40-44 mph over limit).
Mark A. Janicki, 71, Neillsville, was sentenced to three years in prison and two years of extended supervision and fined $593 for a seventh/eighth/ninth OWI offense. A charge of operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcohol-related violation was dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Tyler R. Keller, 21, Neillsville, was fined $886.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Noah J. Kempf, 17, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.
Courtney J. Kern, 31, Medford, was fined $295 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (30-34 mph over limit).
John T. Knar, 25, Thorp, was sentenced to 20 days in jail and fined $1,580 for a second offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. His driver’s license was revoked for 14 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 14 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $821.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He was also sentenced to 120 days in jail for bail jumping/repeater. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for three years and fined $443 on that count, and fined $443 for resisting or obstructing an officer/repeater. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 120 days in jail for battery/repeater. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for three years and fined $443. Additional charges of strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse/repeater and disorderly conduct/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
Robert K. Konwinski, 31, Boyd, was fined $1,049 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first offense of operating a vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $175.30 for deviation from a designated lane.
Nathan W. Larson, 26, Neillsville, was fined $175.30 on each of two counts of failure to stop at a stop sign.
Amber M. Lindner, 31, Loyal, was fined $811.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Dominic J. Matosevic, 22, Appleton, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
Nicholas J. Moeller, 26, Spencer, was fined $200.50 for automobile following too closely, $200.50 for operating a vehicle while revoked, $10 for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance, and $10 for a safety belt violation.
Jesus M. Molina Dorado, 38, Colby, was fined $937.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $515.50 for resisting or obstructing an officer, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license.
