OURT Abraham Becker, 38, Owen, was placed on probation for 12 months and fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Additional charges of disorderly conduct/ domestic abuse-repeater and bail jumping-repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Jason M. Benzmiller, 29, Fairchild, was sentenced to three years in prison and three years of extended supervision and fined $618 for second-degree recklessly endangering safety/domestic abuse. He was also sentenced to three years in prison and three years of extended supervision -- to run concurrently --and fined $518 for second-degree recklessly endangering safety/use of a dangerous weapon, and placed on probation for two years and fined $618 for strangulation and suffocation/ domestic abuse. Additional charges of first-degree recklessly endangering safety/domestic abuse, second-degree recklessly endangering safety/domestic abuse, battery/ domestic abuse, and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Hunter D. Davis, 16, Dorchester, was fined $358 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (35-39 mph over limit).

Jerry A. Dumler, 39, Owen, was sentenced to 20 days in jail and fined $1,606 for a second OWI offense. His driver’s license was revoked for 14 months, an ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 14 months, and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Enoch J. Frey, 17, Spencer, was fined $213.10 for operating left of center. Four counts of failure to stop at a stop sign and single counts of displaying an unauthorized vehicle registration plate and reckless driving/endangering safety were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Eduardo Gonzalez, 24, Loyal, was sentenced to 45 days in jail, placed on probation for two years, and fined $518 for strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse. Ten days of the jail sentence were stayed pending completion of 80 hours of community service and the remaining 35 days were stayed pending further orders from the court. Two additional counts of battery/domestic abuse and single counts of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and stalking/domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Sodapop R. Guzman, 19, Neillsville, was placed on probation for 18 months, fined $443, and ordered to perform 15 hours of community service for resisting or obstructing an officer. She was also fined $443 for disorderly conduct. A charge of battery or threat to a judge/prosecutor/law enforcement officer was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Tammy K. Hensel, 53, Spencer, was fined $947.50 and her driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment, and was also fined $213.10 for operating left of center and $10 for a safety belt violation.

Nicholas B. Jablonowski, 46, Milwaukee, was placed on probation for 18 months and ordered to pay $754.97 in costs and restitution for issuing worthless checks. He was also placed on probation for 18 months and fined $443 for theft of moveable property. Two additional counts of issuing worthless checks were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Terry Jackson, 65, Schofield, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for possession of methamphetamine/repeater. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for three years and fined $518. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia/repeater was dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Maxine L. Morgan, 58, Granton, was fined $1,044 and her driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. She is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Steven R. Priebusch, 56, Spencer, was fined $464.50 for reckless driving/endangering safety and $175.30 for failure to obey a traffic signal/officer.

Jarrett A. Rausch, 23, Spencer, was sentenced to 15 days in jail for battery/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $543. Charges of strangulation and suffocation/ domestic abuse and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse were dismissed but read-in to the court record.

Devon O. Stafford, whose address is listed as the Waupun Correctional Facility, was sentenced to two years in prison and five years of extended supervision and ordered to pay $601.65 in fines and costs for seconddegree recklessly endangering safety/repeater. Charges of driving/operating a vehicle without consent/repeater and vehicle operator fleeing/eluding an officer/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record. He was also fined $947.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Timothy J. Stock, 38, whose address is listed as the Dodge Correctional Institute, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for battery/repeater. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 30 months and fined $443. He was also placed on probation for 30 months and fined $443 for resisting a conservation warden/repeater, and placed on probation for 30 months and fined $443 for possession of THC/repeater. Charges of strangulation and suffocation/repeater, criminal damage to property/ repeater, operating a vehicle while revoked for an alcoholrelated violation/repeater, resisting or obstructing an officer/repeater, and disorderly conduct/repeater were dismissed but read-in to the court record.
