Local students earn various fall semester college honors
UW-Oshkosh
University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh officials have announced students who qualified for the Dean’s List and Honor Roll in fall 2020 across all three campuses (Oshkosh, Fond du Lac and Fox Cities). To qualify, a student must have been enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits (excluding pass/fail courses). The term GPA requirement for University Honor Roll is 3.3; the term GPA requirement for Dean’s List is 3.75 out of a possible 4.0.

The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) has announced its Dean’s List for Fall Semester 2020. Students on the Dean’s List have achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
Leah N. Higgins of Spencer, a junior, made the Dean’s List in the Swenson College of Science and Engineering She is majoring in chemical engineering.
UW-Platteville
The University of Wisconsin-Platteville announces its Dean’s List, honoring those full-time students who earned high honors in the fall 2020 semester.
College of Business, Industry, Life Science and Agriculture and the College of Liberal Arts and Education require grade-point averages of 3.75 and above for Dean’s List honors, while the College of Engineering, Mathematics and Science requires students to reach at least a 3.50.
Stephanie Johnson of Spencer was among those achieving Dean’sList distinction. She is an English major.
The University of Wisconsin- Platteville awarded diplomas to nearly 600 students from its three campuses for the summer and fall of 2020.
Among the graduates was Brandon Timmler of Loyal, in Industrial Technology Management.
Edgewood College
Aryiah Schuh of Spencer has earned semester honors for the fall 2020 semester at Edgewood College. Fulltime students who achieve a 3.5 grade point average for the semester are eligible for this honor.
UW-La Crosse The following area students have been named to the Dean’s List at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse for the fall semester of the 2020-21 academic year, ending December 2020.
Qualification for the Dean’s List is limited to students who have attained outstanding academic achievement. To be eligible, students must have earned not less than a 3.5 semester grade point average and carried a minimum of 12 credits.
