The following made initial appearances in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Jesse I. Borchardt, 38, Wausau, failure to complete registration as required (bear, deer, sharp-tailed grouse or turkey) and hunting with an improper license; Jana E. Czahor, 48, Westboro, speeding 11-15 mph over the limit; Jerrad J. R. Farr, 28, Ogema, speeding 11-15 mph over the limit; Amanda L. Green, 37, Evergreen Park, Ill., speeding 16-19 mph over the limit and operating with a restricted controlled substance-first offense; Evan P. Lewandowski, 29, Medford, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC)-second offense and operating while under the influence-second offense; Lloyd E. Westphal Jr., 50, Rib Lake, operating while revoked; Maija M. Sikora, 20, Franklin, speeding 20-24 mph over the limit; Daryl L. Stewart, 47, Sheldon, speeding 11-15 mph over the limit; Sacha M. Osuski I, 45, Ogema, operating while under the influence-first offense.
Trisha R. Dallmann, 41, Rib Lake, pled no contest to speeding 30-34 mph over the limit. She forfeited $295 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days.
Santana Lagos, 27, Stanley, pled no contest to speeding 30-34 mph over the limit. He forfeited $295 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days.
Lagos also pled no contest to a separate charge of operating without a valid license-first offense and forfeited $200.50.
Luisangel Priegorivera, 22, Colby, pled guilty to operating while under the influence-first offense (PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent). Priegorivera forfeited $1,035.50; his driver’s license was revoked for seven months; an ignition interlock device is to be installed on his vehicle for 12 months; and he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan.
Priegorivera also pled guilty to a separate charge of operating without a valid license-first offense and forfeited $200.50.
A separate charge of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent-first offense against Priegorivera was dismissed on the court’s own motion.
