OURT John P. Blakeslee, 68, Merrill, was placed on probation for three years after his deferred judgment agreement was revoked on a 2018 conviction for second degree recklessly endangering safety.
Charles W. Brown, 55, Humbird, was fined $343.50 for hunting over bait/feed for deer without a license or carcass tag, $343.50 for failure to complete registration as required for bear/deer turkey, $343.50 for taking or attempting to take game without a valid authorization or tag, $371.05 for possessing a deer killed without a bow on an archery tag, and $200.50 for damaging natural resources. His Department of Natural Resources hunting privileges were revoked for three years and a .22-caliber rifle was confiscated.
Christian D.M. Brown, 22, Loyal, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
Jesse A. Bryan, 24, Loyal, was fined $1,094 and his driver’s license was revoked for seven months for a first OWI offense. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on his vehicle for 12 months and he is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $263.50 for open intoxicants in a vehicle/driver.
Jennings D. Christenson, 17, Black River Falls, was fined $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.
Paul P. Depa, 42, Delano, Minn., was fined $217.90 for discharging a firearm from/across a highway and $266.65 for hunting within 50 feet of a road’s center.
Joshua Diaz Tiburcio, 24, Abbotsford, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $175.30 for non-registration.
Riley J. Frankewicz, 18, Thorp, was fined $200.50 and his driver’s license was suspended for 30 days for a first underage drinking offense.
Jason L. Hennes, 49, Marshfield, was fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle while suspended, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance, and $213.10 for failure to keep a vehicle under control.
Amanda H. High, 17, Neillsville, was fined $175.30 for an improper right turn, $162.70 for operating a vehicle without two headlights, and $213.10 for operating left of center.
Eduardo Itehua Itehua, 27, Colby, was fined $811.50 and his driver’s license was revoked for six months for a first OWI offense. He is to undergo an alcohol assessment. He was also fined $326.50 for driving the wrong way on a divided highway, $200.50 for operating a vehicle without a valid license, and $263.50 for illegal crossing of a divided highway.
Jonathan M. Leu, 21, Stetsonville, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for battery/domestic abuse. The jail sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for 18 months and fined $543. He was also fined $543 for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Two counts of strangulation and suffocation/domestic abuse and one count of false imprisonment/domestic abuse were dismissed but readin to the court record.
Joel Morales-Garcia, 22, Wausau, was fined $301.30 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit). He was also fined $200.50 for operating a vehicle without insurance.
Isabella R. Nielsen, 25, Medford, was fined $50 and her driver’s license was revoked for 12 months for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest. An ignition interlock device is to be placed on her vehicle for 12 months and she is to undergo an alcohol assessment.
Kelly L. Olson, 38, Neenah, was fined $250.90 and her driver’s license was suspended for 15 days for speeding (25-29 mph over limit).
