The following made initial appearance in court and entered pleas of not guilty: David D. Hartl, 41, Medford, disorderly conduct; Donna J. Hester, 53, Owen, speeding 20-24 mph over the limit; Sheena M. Johnas, 35, Medford, disorderly conduct; Russell A. Morter, 36, Phillips, operating while revoked and speeding 20-24 mph over the limit; Ryan M. Niemuth, 33, Weston, operating while revoked; Logan J, Rasmussen, 17, Owen, hunting deer/ bear with an illegal firearm, hunting within 50 feet of a road’s center, loading/discharging a firearm or bow in or from a vehicle and an illegal loaded firearm (not handgun) in a motorized vehicle; Robin L. Dunkel, 57, Rib Lake, failure to maintain holding or septic tanks; Eugene R. Glebke, 65, Gilman, failure to maintain holding or septic tanks; Harley N. Mullett, 30, Lublin, failure to maintain holding or septic tanks; James J. Scheidler, 52, Gilman, speeding 11-15 mph over the limit; Courtney L. Scholl, 30, Medford, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse.

Rose M. Heisz, 39, Prentice, was found guilty at court trial of resisting/obstructing an officer and was ordered to forfeit $515.50.

Shane A. McNamar, 25, Medford, failed to appear in court and was found guilty by default of unnecessary acceleration. He was ordered a pay a forfeiture of $213.10.

Tracy A. Tupper, 36, Tomah, entered into a deferred prosecution agreement at court trial for a period of two weeks. As terms of the agreement, she must return the Chromebook to the Rural Virtual Academy (RVA) by December 30, 2020. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case. If the Chromebook is not received by December 30, 2020, the court will enter a default judgment and order a forfeiture of $389.50 plus restitution of $259 for a total of $648.50 due within 30 days.

Zachery D. Blasel, 22, Abbotsford, pled guilty to operating while under the influence-first offense [prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.15 percent]. Blasel forfeited $972.50; his driver’s license was revoked for seven months; an ignition interlock device is to be installed on his vehicle for 12 months; must attend a victim impact panel; and must undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan.

Blasel pled no contest to failure to keep vehicle under control-second or greater offense and forfeited $263.50.

A separate charge of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent-first offense against Blasel was dismissed on the court’s own motion.

Montana C. Jarrett, 19, Tripoli, pled no contest to speeding 25-29 mph over the limit. He forfeited $250.90 and his driver’s license was suspended for 15 days.

Jarrett also pled no contest to operating a motor vehicle without insurance and forfeited $200.50.

$389.50: Mikyle J. Lukes, 25, Lublin, failure of operator to notify police of an accident; Zackary A. Mottle, 18, Owen, failure of operator to notify police of an accident; Courtney L. Scholl, 30, Medford, reckless drivingendangering safety. $263.50: Crystal J. Allen, 34, Medford, contributing to truancy; Natalie J. Arndt, 36, Medford, disorderly conduct; Jerry A. Hilbelink, 38, Wausau, disorderly conduct.

$232: Cody J. Bunkelman, 34, Stetsonville, illegally operating an ATV or UTV on or in the vicinity of a highway.

$213.10: Tanner J. Cliver, 18, Stetsonville, failure to keep vehicle under control; Mikyle J. Lukes, 25, Lublin, failure to keep vehicle under control; Ila K. Saidla, 25, Ogema, driving too fast for conditions.

$200.50: Michael W. Calkins, 29, Stanley, theft and operating without a valid license-first offense ($200.50 each offense); Valente P. Carmona, 45, Medford, operating without a valid license-first offense: Armando Garcia Sosa, 20, Medford, operating while suspended; Alexander J. Kenealy, 21, Ladysmith, operating a motor vehicle without insurance; Shane D. Petrie Sr., 27, Rib Lake, operating while suspended; Joseph Tomczak Jr., 71, Lublin, operating a motor vehicle without insurance; Riandro F. D. Vogt, 22, Minneapolis, Minn., speeding 16-19 mph over the limit.

$175.30: Jessica L. Huss, 36, Little Chute, speeding 11-15 mph over the limit; Alexander J. Kenealy, 21, Ladysmith, non-registration of vehicle; Tehya M. Messmann, 22, Abbotsford, speeding 11-15 mph over the limit.
