Court proceedings
The following appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Benjamin J. Grupstra, 36, Medford, possession of THC; Tyler C. Sparby, 21, Medford, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse); Cassandra A. Meschefske, 36, Medford, battery; Deserie P. Granado a.k.a. Deserie Petra Granado, 44, Gilman, possession of THC; Rudy Rene Mendozacarranza a.k.a. Rudy R. Mendoza Carranza, 30, Medford, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), disorderly conduct and operating without a valid license (second offense within three years); Aaron M. Brown, 25, Medford, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.
Theodore J. Anderson, 43, Medford, pled no contest to possession of THC. He was sentenced to serve five days in jail; forfeited $443; and must submit to DNA sample. Counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.
Chandler M. Probst, 25, Rib Lake, pled no contest to a reduced charge of speeding 16-19 mph over the limit and forfeited $200.50.
Probst also pled no contest to a separate amended charge of a license restriction violation and forfeited $267.50. The original charge had been operating while revoked.
Daniel J. Drozda, 37, Medford, pled no contest to harboring or aiding a felon. Sentence was withheld and

Drozda was placed on probation for 18 months on the condition he pay a forfeiture of $518 and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of corrections (DOC); submit to a DNA sample; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation. Counts of theft of movable property-special facts (repeater) (as a party to a crime) and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (repeater) were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.
David L. Glenn, 31, Eau Claire, pled no contest to exposing genitals/pubic area/intimate parts to a child. Sentence was withheld and Glenn was placed on probation for three years on the condition he serve 30 days in jail; pay a forfeiture of $518 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC; submit to a DNA sample; have no contact with the victim; placed on sex offender registry for 15 years; write a letter of apology, pre-approved by probation, to the victim within 30 days of sentencing; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation; and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and comply with any recommendations. Glenn also pled no contest to a second count of exposing genitals/pubic area/intimate parts to a child. Sentence was withheld and Glenn was placed on probation for three years on the condition he serve 30 days in jail, to run consecutive to his other jail time. Forfeiture and all other conditions are the same as for his other probation.
The following were granted divorce decrees: Salvatore R. Cacioppo, 55, Ogema, and Diane E. Ehlert, 59, Medford; Jacob M. Stowell, 35, Medford, and Stacey R. Stowell, 35, Medford.
