The following made an initial appearance in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Adam M. Krumenauer, 32, Athens, operating while revoked; Gary R. Noland, 51, Rib Lake, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC)-second offense, operating while under the influence-second offense, operating while revokedfourth or greater offense and failure of operator to notify police of an accident; Kenneth F. Pemble, 39, Park Falls, operating while suspended, failure to yield the right-ofway and automobile following too closely; Tristen C. Seefeld, 25, Reeseville, operating while revoked; Sarah J. Ambuhl, 31, Merrill, disorderly conduct; Joseph R. Juedes, 26, Ringle, discharging a firearm from or across a highway; Cory H. Svee, 61, Elk Mound, speeding 1-10 mph over the limit.
Makyle D. Masanz, 17, Stratford, was found guilty at court trial of an amended charge of underage drinkingpossession- second offense. The original charge had been underage drinking-possession-first offense. The court ordered a forfeiture of $389.50 and a nine-month license suspension. The court granted Masanz’s request to attend the alcohol education program in lieu of the license suspension.
Alyssa A. Schaefer, 29, Marshfield, pled guilty to operating while under the influence-first offense. Schaefer forfeited $859.50; her driver’s license was revoked for six months; she must attend the victim impact panel; and she must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with the driver safety plan.
A separate charge of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 percent and less than 0.15 percentfi rst offense against Schaefer was dismissed on the court’s own motion.
