Local races determined as voters let voices be heard
By Ginna Young The results are in and voters in the April 1 spring election, have spoken. Choosing the candidates they felt were best for the job, locals cast their vote for those running for city, town, village and school boards.
Taxpayers also let their voices be heard on the Lake Holcombe School referendum question, to exceed the revenue limits, for operations of the district.
Information and numbers based are on uncanvassed results, as of deadline (I = incumbent).
• Cadott Village Board: Running unopposed for one open president position, is Randy Khueni (I), 352. Running unopposed for three open trustee positions, are Terry Licht (I), 279; Todd Seeley (I), 281; and Tina Sturz, 246.
• Cadott School Board: Running unopposed for three open positions, are Kevin Roshell (I), 1,089; Brad Sonnentag (I); 1,254; and Karen Winchell (I), 1,139.
• Cornell City Council: Running for three open alderperson positions, are Floyd Hickethier (I), 215; David Hoel, 281; Dan Osborn, 178; and Deb Semanko (I), 255.
• Cornell School Board: Running unopposed for one open position, is Greg Baker (I), 762.
• Lake Holcombe Town Board: Running unopposed for one open chairman position, is Brian Guthman (I), 356. Running unopposed for two open supervisor positions, are Jeff Anders, 41; and David Staudacher (I), 368. Running unopposed for one open clerk position, is Tracy Larson (I), 410. Running unopposed for one open treasurer position, is Jim Matacznski (I), 373.
• Lake Holcombe School Board: Running unopposed for two open positions, are Jamie Tester-Morfoot, (I) 536; and Debbi Readinger (I), 612.
