Two vehicle crashes
At 9:34 a.m. on October 4, a vehicle operated by Tammera Neumann, 64, of Marshfield, was traveling through the roundabout on Hwy 13 at Ann’s Way in the city of Medford, while a vehicle operated by Tina Gruber, 61, of Prentice, was going to merge into the roundabout from Ann’s Way the front of Gruber’s vehicle struck the side of Neumann’s vehicle causing minor damage. According to the crash report Gruber did not yield to Neumann.
On October 2 at 7:50 a.m., a vehicle operated by Lexus Hraby, 17, of Medford, was traveling westbound on E. Allman St. in the city of Medford. Hraby continued westbound through the roundabout located at N. 8th St. (Hwy 13) in the outermost lane. As Hraby was doing so, Beverly Patrick, 75, of Westboro, was traveling southbound on N. 8th St. Patrick continued southbound through the same roundabout, failing to yield for the yield sign. Patrick traveled in front of Hraby, scraping against the front passenger corner of Hraby’s vehicle. Neither vehicle stopped after the incident. Both parties reported later on the same day.
At 3:04 p.m. on October 2, a vehicle operated by Robert Kluczinske, 61, of Abbotsford, was sitting in traffic facing north on Hwy 13 in the village of Stetsonville waiting for a dump truck to turn west onto CTH A when it was struck in the rear by a vehicle operated by Laisha Hernandez Choncoa, 22, of Colby. Both units then proceeded north and turned onto CTH A to the east where they parked and waited for law enforcement. There were no injuries reported and no road blockage. Both vehicles were driven from the scene. Hernandez Choncoa admitted to law enforcement that she did not have a drivers license and was cited.
Car vs. deer
At 7:56 p.m., on September 30, a vehicle operated by Rebekah Lubahn, 48, of Gilman, struck a deer while eastbound on Hwy 64 in the town of Aurora. The vehicle received minor damage.
At 5:24 a.m., on October 1, a vehicle operated by Alexander Kolpien, 25, of Westby, struck a deer while northbound on CTH DD in Holway. The vehicle was towed due to disabling damage.
A 8:55 p.m., on October 1, a vehicle operated by Jeremy Dassow, 45, of Medford, struck a deer while eastbound on CTH M in the town of Grover resulting in functional damage to the vehicle.
At 6 p.m., on October 3, a vehicle operated by Michael Berger, 66, of Medford, struck a deer while traveling on Apple Ave. in the town of Deer Creek resulting in minor damage to the vehicle.
At 9:15 p.m., on October 3, a vehicle operated by Terrie Pospichal, 50, of Holcombe, struck a deer while westbound on Hwy 64 in the town of Hammel resulting in minor damage to the vehicle.
