Two dead, two injured in Abbotsford home

Two people were found dead inside a home in Abbotsford after Colby-Abbotsford Police officers and Clark County deputies were dispatched to a residence just after 1:30 a.m. on Friday, July 5.
The CAPD shared in a press release that the CAPD responded to the incident at 303 East Oak Street, Lot #5 in Abbotsford after a call was placed to the Clark County Communications Center. The release stated a victim was transported to a local hospital with injuries and the suspect was transported to Marshfield Medical Center for injuries.
The CAPD and the Clark County Sheriff’s Office are conducting an investigation into the incident and are being assisted by the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigations, Wisconsin State Crime Lab, Wisconsin State Patrol, Clark County Coroner’s Office and Marathon County Sheriff’s Office.
The department said no names will be released at this time until all family members have been notified. The suspect will be transported to Clark County Jail upon medical clearance according to CAPD Chief, Alex Bowman.
