Q. What do I do when my paper is late or missing?

Q. What do I do about my subscription when I move?

Q. When are The Tribune-Phonograph or The Record Review available?
A. The papers are printed on Wednesday and are available at our office after 4:00 p.m. to non-subscribers. The Tribune-Phonograph is available at local news stands also at this time. The Record Review is available on Thursday afternoon at local news stands.

The Tribune-Phonograph and The Record Review are mailed by continuous Postal Service on Wednesday.

Q. Can I subscribe to The Central Wisconsin Shopper?
A. No. The Central Wisconsin Shopper is mailed according to postal regulations. Although you are always welcome to stop in at the TP Printing office to pick one up during business hours as early as Tuesday morning.

Q. Is there anything I need to know when emailing a picture?
A. Please send the picture to
tp@tpprinting.com
as an attachment to the email, not as part of a document. Always save in JPEG format. File extension should be ".jpeg". Use the highest resolution setting available. Scanned photos should be at a resolution of 200 to 300 dots per inch. Logos and line art can be scanned at least 400 dots per inch.

Q. Can I buy back issues of The Tribune-Phonograph or The Record-Review?
A. Yes. Back issues are available for purchase at the TP Printing office for up to one year
after publication, but quantities are limited.

Q. What's in The Tribune-Phonograph and The Record-Review Classifieds?
A. Classified ads are word ads (no border) in which the first two words are capitalized. Rent, Auto, Help Wanted, Real Estate and Miscellaneous For Sale are just a few of the classifications to choose from.

Q. What is the cost of a classified ad?
A. There is a minimum rate for 20 words or less, if over 20 words there is an additional charge per word. The rate is per week, per publication. Call 223-2342 for current pricing. In addition to The Tribune-Phonograph and The Record Review, we offer other publications such as the Medford and Thorp newspapers and shoppers.

Q. What is The Tribune-Phonograph's circulation and what areas does it cover?
A. The Tribune-Phonograph has a circulation of approximately 2,700 and it covers Colby, Abbotsford, Unity, Curtiss, Dorchester and Milan. Call 223-2342 to verify current circulation.

Q. What is The Record Review's circulation and what areas does it cover?
A. The Record Review has a circulation of approximately 2,800 and it covers Edgar, Athens, Stratford and Marathon. Call 223-2342 to verify current circulation.

Q. Can the public tour the TP Printing office?
A. Group tours can be arranged by calling the office at 223-2342. All tours are conducted on weekdays. Please schedule at least two weeks in advance.

Q. What about Editorial Department services?
A. Story and photo ideas/requests and story submissions.

Letters to the Editor
The Letters to the Editor section is an appropriate area to express your opinions on an issue of community interest or concern. Letters should be typed (if possible) and must bear the author's address and telephone number and signature. We will contact you in person to verify authorship of the letter. Letters may be published without an author's name but the letter will be open to public inspection at the Abbotsford office.

Accent on People
Engagements, wedding and birth announcements, anniversary and reunion stories are published without charge. Our wedding policy is that no stories that are more than four months old will be published. Information arriving after the deadline will not be used. Engagement announcements must be received at least four weeks prior to the wedding. We reserve the right to edit or reject any or all parts of the information or pictures received. Pictures will not be returned unless accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope or you may pick up your photos in the office after they are scanned. Forms are available at the TP Printing office during business hours. You can also e-mail the information and picture to The Tribune-Phonograph at

Obituaries
Obituaries are published at no charge as a public service. However, The Tribune-Phonograph and The Record Review reserve the right to edit obituaries for space, style and information included. A submitted photo may also accompany your obituary at no charge. If a family requests no editing, paid obituaries are available that will include all information given to us. Stop in at our office during business hours with your submission or e-mail notices to The Tribune-Phonograph and The Record Review at

Community Calendar
Each edition of The Tribune-Phonograph and The Record Review contains the Community Calendar which lists meetings and activities of clubs, organizations and other nonprofit organizations throughout the area. Include the name of the organization, event date, time and place and the name and daytime phone number of one person we may contact with questions.
