Curtiss scales back fire station plans

Plans for a new fire station in the village of Curtiss have been scaled back to address a funding shortfall, and further cuts may be needed to ensure the project comes in within budget, according to village president Randy Busse.
Busse updated the village board about the fire station project at its March 3 meeting and spoke to the Tribune-Phonograph about it this week.
