Conference games tally more losses

The Cadott Hornets Baseball team started their week with a tough shut-out against McDonell, and with hopes to finish one game of a double-header on top against Fall Creek, head coach Peter Devine says the boys need to work on hitting the ball if they want to pick up some wins.

May 9 vs. McDonell (L 11-0, conference)

It was McDonell’s Keegan Swoboda who put a stop to Cadott May 9, as he struck out eight Hornets for the win.

“He had a good curve ball,” said Devine of Swoboda, “and good velocity to keep our hitters off balance.”
