Cadott blows up conference match

For the last few Fridays, the Cadott Hornets Football team kept audiences at the edge of their seats to see who would win in the final minutes. At the Sept. 1 conference match against Neillsville-Granton, the Hornets left nothing to chance, scoring three touchdowns in a row during the final quarter to top their opponent.

To start the evening, the Warriors picked up the first eight points after an 80-yard touchdown and conversion. Cadott responded with eight points of their own, as senior Michael Emery nailed a 48-yard pass to his classmate, Nicky Nesvacil, and ran in a two-point conversion himself.
