For the past seven years, Cadott chemistry and physics teacher Travis Grubbs has applied his knowledge of chemical reactions to another passion – wine making.

“I’ve been interested in wine making since college,” said Grubbs.

Grubbs says talking to wine makers about the chemistry behind wine making and touring different wineries, made him decide he wanted to try wine making for himself.
