For Randy Meyer, the trick to the longevity of his business isn’t so much the product, as the people. Meyer’s focus on people extends beyond the confines of his family-owned business.

Cadott Color Center has been in business, selling various kinds of flooring, for 50 years. Meyer says he thinks the way they treat customers, is what sets the business apart from other flooring companies and has contributed to the longevity of Cadott Color Center.

“Be fair and do a good job,” said Meyer.

Meyer’s dad, Del, started Cadott Color Center in 1968.

“He retired in 1993,” said Meyer. “So Dad had it for 25 years, and I’m on my 25th year.”
